About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the President. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executives' calendars and schedules
Coordinate travel and accommodations
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Organize meetings and take minutes
Handle confidential and sensitive information

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
